These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and services of Yesitis Marketing Private Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing this website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

The skill development programs implemented by the Company are Government-funded schemes. Eligibility, curriculum, duration, certification, and benefits are governed by the respective scheme guidelines issued by the concerned Government department or ministry.

The Company acts as an Implementation Partner and does not independently set scheme rules. Any conflict between these terms and scheme guidelines shall be resolved in favour of the applicable scheme guidelines.

Enrolment in any program is subject to the candidate meeting the eligibility criteria prescribed by the relevant Government scheme, including age, educational qualification, and residency requirements.

The Company reserves the right to verify all documents submitted during enrolment and to reject applications that do not meet the prescribed criteria or contain inaccurate information.

Candidates are expected to attend training regularly as per the batch schedule. Biometric attendance is mandatory under most Government schemes and may affect stipend and certification eligibility.

Candidates must maintain decorum and adhere to the code of conduct of the training centre. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the batch, in cases of misconduct.

Certificates are issued by the relevant Sector Skill Council or Government authority upon successful completion of training and assessment. The Company facilitates the process but does not guarantee certification, which is contingent on the candidate's performance and the assessing authority's decision.

The Company provides placement assistance including resume building, interview preparation, and placement drives. While every reasonable effort is made to secure employment, the Company does not guarantee placement, as hiring decisions rest solely with employers.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website by introducing malicious content, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with its normal operation.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in its programs, except where such liability is mandated by applicable law.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
