UPSDM
The Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission is the State's flagship skilling initiative aimed at providing free, placement-linked vocational training to youth aged 14–35. As an empanelled Training Partner, Yesitis Marketing runs approved courses in high-demand sectors with standardised curriculum, certified trainers, and NSDC-recognised certification.
Seekho Aur Kamao
A centrally-sponsored scheme of the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Seekho Aur Kamao provides free, placement-linked skill training to youth from minority communities. Yesitis Marketing implements this scheme with culturally-sensitive mobilisation, dedicated trainers, and a strong placement cell focused on inclusive growth.

Eligibility varies by scheme and job role. Most UPSDM roles require candidates aged 14 -35 who are Uttar Pradesh residents with a minimum Class X qualification. Seekho Aur Kamao is open to notified minority communities aged 14 - 45. Role-specific educational criteria are shared at the time of counselling.
No. All Government-supported programs we implement are completely free for the candidate. Training, study material, and in select schemes a stipend are provided at no cost.
You can apply by visiting any of our centres in Moradabad, Amroha, or Bijnor with your Aadhaar card, educational certificates, and photographs. You can also submit an enquiry through the Contact page, and our team will guide you through the enrolment process.
Typically: Aadhaar card, educational qualification certificates, passport-size photographs, caste or minority-status certificate (where applicable), and a bank account details form for stipend or placement support.
